Each Velastrand bracelet is prepared with care before it leaves our studio.

Processing time

Ready-made bracelets usually ship within 1-3 business days.
Custom bracelet designs usually require 3-5 business days for preparation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery options

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Standard tracked shipping: typically 7-14 business days after dispatch.
Express tracked shipping: typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs review, carrier delays, weather, or local service interruptions.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. Unless duties are collected at checkout, these fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
