Refund policy

We want every Velastrand piece to feel considered, personal, and ready to wear.

Ready-made bracelets
Ready-made bracelets may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email q786944608@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom bracelets
Custom bracelets are made according to your selected stones, wrist size, and fit preference. Because they are prepared for an individual order, custom bracelets are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the saved design details.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union customers
Customers in the European Union may have additional cancellation and withdrawal rights under applicable law. Custom-made or personalized items may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
